July 17 marks the 17th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which President Bush hails as
"one of the most successful and compassionate reforms in our Nation's history."
This legislation promotes equal opportunities and broad protection for people with disabilities and has set the stage to end the segregation and isolation of people with disabilities.
